Join GovStack Service Patterns Workshops!

GovStack UX Working group is expanding the current Service Pattern Library, and we invite you to be part of this exciting journey!
We are hosting two hack day workshops, open to anyone around the world developing digital government services. Together, we’ll prototype service patterns, discuss user needs and how you could use service patterns in your work
Day 1: Wednesday, 19 November 2025, 10:00 GMT
We’ll design service patterns for:
- GovChat – helps users communicate with government in real time to get support, answers or updates
- Scheduling – helps users plan, book and track appointments or events
- Admin interfaces – helps government staff manage data, process applications and deliver outcomes to users
Day 2: Thursday, 27 November 2025, 14:00 GMT
We’ll design service patterns for:
- Payment – helps users and government make and receive payments securely
- E-signature – allows users to digitally sign documents as a way to agree or witness
- Wallet – helps users securely store, manage and present digital credentials
- Messaging – helps inform users of updates, status changes, outcomes or alerts
