GovStack Usage Report Form

We define usage by using GovStack’s technical specification, guides or other learning material for the purpose of
- software development: usage in planning, designing, procurement or development phases of a software development projects (e.g. using specification in procurement, implementation playbook in service design or architecture specifications in national architecture planning)
- capacity building: usage in trainings and workshops; minimum of 2 full days (e.g. training on cloud infrastructure, workshop for designing priority services)
- policy making: usage in strategic or technical advisory with a documented outcome (e.g. referencing in national digital strategies, enterprise architecture, roadmaps, standards and interoperability frameworks)
Reports must fulfil the following criteria:
- Activity and results can be proven (the existence of a project alone is insufficient).
- Submitter must be involved in the project and has the right to share information.
- Report must be written in English language.
The submission process follows these steps:
- Project participant submits the reporting form
- GovStack team checks eligibility (and potential ask for additional proof)
- GovStack team publishes report and informs project participant
- Optionally: Project participant gets approached by interested community members (Sharing of contact details can be approved at the end of the form)
